-All trash MUST be out by 6am. We will NOT be able to return to pick up trash that is not set out on time.

-Please place your cart at the curbside, away from any obstacles. If your cart is not at the curb, it will be left. 

-Anything outside your cart MUST be called into the office, a week before your pick up day. Extra fees may apply. This includes but is NOT limited to: Extra carts/containers, Extra Bags, Bulk Items, Etc.

-Any bulk items/non household waste INSIDE your container MUST be called in and scheduled for pick up. The regular bulk fee will still apply. 

-If your trash is not bagged, we can not guarantee the cart will be fully emptied. 

-Cardboard boxes, paper sacks, metal/plastic barrels, or trailers are not approved containers.

-Boxes must be broken down and bundled. 

-We are not responsible for any broken or damaged curb carts or trash containers. We may dispose of containers if deemed unserviceable.  

-When weather conditions are such that operations would result in danger to our crew, collection services will take place on the next succeeding workday that the weather permits safe operations. In rare cases, this may result in picking up the following week, on your regularly scheduled day.

We do not accept the following items. 

- Tires

- Shingles

- Brick/concrete

-Lumber/wood pieces
