• Do you pick up bulk items?

  Yes, please call the office or visit the guideline page for more detail.

• When is my pick up when there is a holiday?

  If the holiday falls on or before your pick up day there will be a one day delay.

• What time should I put my trash out?

  Please have your trash at the curb by 6am.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Unfortunately Dougie's Disposal does NOT offer refunds. 

• How long will my cart take to be delivered?

  It typically takes 2-3 weeks for a cart to be delivered.

• What is the process if I'm moving?

  It is the customer's responsibility to contact the office to cancel service. If we are not notified you have moved, your account will still be charged.
